Library Late Nights – next week: day corrected

Late semester greetings to all!  Please share this information with students:

The library will be open for special extended hours for 5 days next week:

May 9 – 12 (Monday–Thursday): 7:30 AM – 11:00 PM

May 13 (Friday): 7:30 AM – 9:30 PM

 

Ø Reference librarians will be available at all open hours.

Ø A Writing tutor will be available 4-9pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 4-9pm and Wednesday 4:30-9pm.

Back by popular demand: complementary refreshments and study supplies for students will be available in the Library Media Room starting at 6pm Monday – Thursday. (Sponsored by the Wellness Grant and the Library)

Health Office Hours

BATAVIA HEALTH OFFICE WILL BE CLOSED FOR SPRING BREAK MARCH 14-18TH

The Batavia campus Health Office will reopen Monday March 21 for basic needs such as cough drops, condoms, Band-Aids and health form acceptance. Nurse will be available on following days :

Monday March 21 Office open 9-2
Tuesday March 22 Office open 8:30-3 * Nurse on site
Wednesday March 23 Office open 12-3 * Nurse on site
Thursday March 24 Office open 8:30-3
Friday march 25 Office Closed (Good Friday)

Health Careers Job & Transfer Fair 3/10

Career Services invites you to attend the Health Careers Job & Transfer Fair on Thursday, March 10^th from 11:00am – 1:00pm in the Batavia Campus Forum. The fair is designed to introduce potential new employees to employers, and also provides health care businesses an opportunity to present their trade and services to the local community. Local and regional health care companies will be available to answer questions, accept resumes and distribute material relating to their company. Area colleges will also be present to discuss transfer opportunities within their programs!

This event is FREE and open to both the students and the community!

Subway Special For February

From American Food and Vending:

For the month of February, Subway has a special where all footlong subs on the menu are $6.00 each. For an additional $1.00 you can deluxe the sub which will give you an additional 50% of meat. This special only applies to footlong subs and orders placed at the GCC Subway Junction.
