If you’ve ever had technical problems in your online and face-to-face courses, you are not alone. Nothing is more frustrating than when you try to submit papers or take a quiz in Blackboard and something unexpected happens. Oops–did I forget to save each response to the quiz? How come my paper isn’t showing up in the dropbox?
Technical orientations are essential for every new GCC student. The orientation provides the best tools for you to successfully navigate the College’s electronic learning environments. Even if you’ve already taken a semester or two at the College and feel like you’ve mastered the basics, it never hurts to reorient yourself and learn something new.
